Only started working on this a bit this weekend so not enough time to make a full game. Currently just a prototype.

How to play:
Press H to spawn a swatch, click and drag swatches over each other to merge them, in the top right is the target colour as well as the necessary merges to create it using your base colours. Once you have a matching colour, place the swatch into the bottom right corner slot and submit it for a new target. Try and get that merge number as high as possible!
